Data Deletion Policy

1. Introduction

SIEYO ("we", "our", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your data collected through our platform at https://www.sieyo.io, including data received from third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

2. What Data We Store

When you use SIEYO or connect third-party services (such as Facebook Login or Instagram), we may store the following:

  • Name and email address
  • Profile information provided via social login
  • Business and account data you create within SIEYO
  • Usage and analytics data
  • Integration tokens and connection metadata

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the following methods:

3.1 Email Request

Send an email to sieyohub@outlook.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of the data you want deleted (or "all data")

3.2 In-App Account Deletion

If you have an active SIEYO account, you can request account and data deletion by contacting our support team through the platform.

3.3 Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to SIEYO, you can remove the connection and request data deletion by:

  1. Going to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. Clicking Apps and Websites
  3. Finding SIEYO and clicking Remove
  4. Sending a deletion request email to sieyohub@outlook.com for confirmation

4. What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • Personal data associated with your account
  • Data received from connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Integration tokens and OAuth credentials
  • Usage data linked to your account

5. Data We May Retain

In certain cases, we may be required to retain limited data after a deletion request:

  • Legal obligations: Data required for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance
  • Fraud prevention: Minimal records to prevent abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Aggregated data: Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data that cannot be traced back to you

Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required by law and will be securely deleted thereafter.

6. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

7. Confirmation of Deletion

Once your data has been permanently deleted, we will send you a confirmation email to the address associated with your request. After deletion, we will no longer be able to recover your data.
